Products can be returned and credited/replaced or refunded in cases of damage/dis-satisfaction, replacements will be sent for items not received. Simply contact informing of damage or reason for dis-satisfaction. No refunds will be given for digital copies.

As delivery fees are not charged on purchase, the return Delivery Fees will, only, be refunded for items returned and replaced, and not for items returned for refund.

Free Delivery will be made by Royal Mail 1st class Post, as no charge made for delivery on purchase, postage fees will only be provided in cases of returns made for replacement and not in cases of returns made for refund.
